Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for tender is open to all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
a) A minimum of Five years of general experience in the supply of Lift related services.
b) The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of Lift and related services of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last FIVE years with a value of at least Tk. 65.00 Lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body/Private Org in Bangladesh.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer.
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body/ Private Org in Bangladesh other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Organization (not below the rank of Executive Engineer) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned Executive Engineer of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed (FORM-A).
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk. 70.00 Lac issued not earlier than twenty eight (28) days prior to the day of the original deadline for submission of Tender(Form PG3-8).
d) A minimum supply and/or production capacity of Goods is (One) Nos Lift per year during the last 05 (Five) years.
e) Update valid Trade License, VAT Certificate (BIN), Update income tax clearance certificate from NBR.
f) Up-to-Date ABC Electrical Contractor and Supervisory License.
g) Manufacturer Authorization/Dealership/Agency-ship Certificate (Form e-PG3-5) as per TDS.
h) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions of the tender are shown in the ITT, GCC & Tender data Sheet (TDS) & Tender documents
