Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be 5 years.
2. The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in construction/ Repair/ Renovation works of at least one number of 01 (One) storied RCC frame structure building or vertical extension including Civil, sanitary & Electrification works contract (s) of similar nature, complexity and methods/construction technology successfully completed within the last 05 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 50.00 Lakh (Fifty Lakh) in a single contract in Government/Semi Government/ Autonomous organization of Bangladesh. i) in case of the work done under PWD the certifying & authenticating authority shall be concerned EE, ii) in case of the work done under any Government /Semi-Government / Autonomous organization other than PWD, the certifying authority shall be an officer not below the rank of EE and the same duly verified by the concerned EE of PWD of that district.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 35.00 Lakh.
4. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 75.00 lakh (Seventy Five Lakh) over the last 05 ( Five) years.
5. The minimum Tender Capacity shall be: Tk 55.00 Lakh.
6. a) Articles of Incorporation or Registration of firm.
b) Up to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate, VAT Certificate.
c) Up to date ABC category contractor and supervisory license from electricity licensing board, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
