Eligibility criteria:

Without credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to attached format tender declare as non-responsive.
4. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than official estimated cost will be non- responsive.
5. Payments of executed work will be made upon availability of funds. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained.
6. The Contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before start of work and after completion of works maintaining same angle of pictures at his own cost.
7. After completion the tender opening process, if disable to downloading important documents of the tender, which consider to tender evaluation. In order to the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
