* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 5000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 15000000 BDT.

Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum specific experience in construction works of similar nature works (Gas pipeline construction works of any size including minimum 4 inch or higher dia with 140 Psig pressure pipeline and related works) successfully completed within the last 5 (Five) years with a value of at least Tk. 35 Lac by single contracts.
2. The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 95 lac over the best 3 (three) years in the last 5 (five) years.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk.40 Lac issued by the Bank not earlier than 28 days prior the day of the original deadline for submission of e-Tender.
