* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 6666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 20000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 6666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer Shall have minimum liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be TK 22.00 lac. Credit facility of the tenderer shall be acceptable in the form of ePW2a mentioning the name of single work i.e single Tender ID. Credit Committment Certificate containing multiple tender ID will not be accepted. Bank solvency certificate/Bank Statment will be not allowed as liquid asset.
Income tax clearance certificate (Up to Date) & VAT registration certificate (13 Digit). & Tenderer must have valid Trade License (Up to Date).
Satisfying other Criterions laid down in the TDS.
If any mistake/omission occurs in this tender will be corrected /included as per PPR-2008 and its amendment and no claim in this regards will be entertained.
Note: P.M office letter Memo-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018.377 Dated: 30.08.2018.If his previous work is not satisfactory and he does not complete any work within stipulated time then the tenderer will be considered as nonresponsive.
