Eligibility criteria:
Eligibility of Tenderer :
The tenderer shall have the following qualifying and other eligibility criteria stated in the TDS & PCC.
a) The minimum general experience of the tenderer in the supply of goods and related services shall be minimum 05 (Five) years at any Government / Semi-Government / autonomous body.
b) The minimum specific experience of tenderer in supply of similar goods of at least 1 (one) contract with a value of at least Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) lac at any Government/ Semi-Government/ autonomous body successfully completed in a financial year within the last 5 (Five) years.
c) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit line(s) of the tenderer shall be Tk.30 (Thirty) lac.
d) Up-to-date Trade License.
e) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
f) VAT Registration Certificate.
g) Warranty letter.
h) All the products shall be according to the specifications and drawing mentioned at the Tender Document Section 5 and Section 6.
i) Original Catalogue shall be submitted by the bidders as per technical specifications.
j) Manufacturer Authorization Letter (if applicable).
k) The tenderer shall have minimum 1 (one) showroom in Khulna city.
