Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall submit with its Tender, the following additional documents:
1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in construction/ repair works as Prime contractor shall be 5 years.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar works of at least Tk 9000000.00 under 1 (one) of contract(s) over a period of last 5 years shall be required.
3. Documentary evidence of Bank Solvency.
4. Copy of the up to date Income TAX (TIN) payment certificate.
5. Copy of the up to date VAT (BIN) Registration Certificate.
6. Copy of the up to date Trade License.
7. Copy of National ID card.
8.Tenderer must have up to date valid document as a enlisted contractor from any Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous bodys competent Authority.
