Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 9000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3000000 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Minimum 5 years period of general experience in construction works.
2. A satisfactory completion of similar nature of jetty & steel spud works of at least Tk 26.00 lakhs under 1 (one) of contract(s) over a period of 5 (five) years shall be required.
3. Available free own or hire equipment (i.e: Ponton/Barge registration number, Ponton/Barge DG shipping paper, Generator, Rig Machine with ancillary arrangement) & Manpower will be considered in connection with the bidder's capacity & working strength as well.
4. Minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 years preceding the date of submission of tender is not less than Tk 90.00 lakhs.
5. Details of other conditions for eligibility are shown in the tender document.
6. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than Tk 22.00 lakhs. (In case of credit commitment certificate the certificate must be followed by standard formate and in case of bank solvency certificate the certified amount should remain in the respective account up to the tender validity period)
7. At the time of post-qualification the bidder has to prof their available resources (i.e. Equipment, Manpower, & Financial capacity) are truly comply with eligibility requirements.
