Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:-
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(2) Specific experience of satisfactory completion of supply of goods similar to the
proposed goods in at least a number of contract(s) and, each with a minimum value, over the period, as specified in TDS;
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk 2,88,000/- under maximum 3 contract in the last 5years i.e.years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as supplier in supply of similar Goods of at least 1 contract successfully completed within the last 5 years, each with a value of at least Tk 1,00,000/- The tenderer will submit copy of contract deeds along with experience certificate in the e-GP system.
(3) The Minimum amount of Liquid assets i,.e working capital or credit lines (Form PG3-8) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 3,35,000 (Three Lakh thirty five thousands) Issued after Publication of IFT in tHe e-GP System;
(4) UP-to date Valid Trade License as Supplier;
(5) Up-to date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(6) e-BIN (13 Digits) registration certificate;
(7) Certificate of incorporation (in case of limited company);
(8) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(9) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner cholar dal] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the khulna district Jai as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
