Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 18500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 55500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 18500000 ~ 20000000.

Eligibility criteria:
The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 10 (ten) years.
The minimum specific experience as Supplier in the supply and installation of enterprise application software is at least 3 (three) implementation contracts (local or foreign) successfully completed with a value of at least Tk 80 (eighty) Lakh each and within the last 3 (three) years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The tenderer must have valid ISO 9001 (QMS) certification as a demonstration of its commitment to quality.
The tenderer must have BASIS membership for at least 3 years. 
Letter of Authorization from OEM or its authorized DISTRIBUTOR or CHANNEL PARTNER must be submitted. If authorization from a DISTRIBUTOR or CHANNEL PARTNER is submitted, the DISTRIBUTOR's or CHANNEL PARTNER's authorization/distributorship/dealership/partnership document must also be submitted.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is Tk 180.00 (one hundred and eighty) Lakh. The supporting document must be issued after the date the tender is published on e-GP system.
