Brief Description of Package: Supply of summer cloth, umbrella and shoe of the fiscal year 2023-2024 for the employee of grade 17 to grade 20(only regular setup, temporary transformed to regular) under Chattogram PWD Div-04, Chattogram.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 233333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 700000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 233333 ~ 700000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) Contractors/firms who have minimum 3(Three) years of general experience in similar works.
b) The minimum specific experience/similar nature work as prime contractor in similar works of at least single contract of similar nature amounting to Tk 3 lakh (Three ONE LAKH) only as prescribed in Form.
c) Tenderer must have up to date Income - Tax clearance certificate from the Concern Office.
d) Required Annual Average turnover shall be Tk 2.5 Lakh (TWO LAKH FIFTY THOUSAND) over the last 5 (FIVE) years. It may be verified by the concern office.
e) Tenderer must have valid VAT Registration Certificate form the Concern Office.
f) Tenderer must have up to date Trade License.
g) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 2 lakh (TWO lakh) only . The Credit Commitment certificate (scan copy only) submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender in a prescribed form for this purpose Tender & contract form (Form PW2a-3). Otherwise the tender will be Non-Responsive. Proper e-mail id and contact information of concern bank must be provided in that document.
h) The tender capacity of the tenderer should not be less than Tk 2 lakh (TWO THREE LAKH)
i) Terms and conditions as stated in PPA 2006 and PPR 2008 with all amendments will be applicable for eligible criteria.
