Eligibility criteria:
The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor shall be 10 years.
The minimum specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor in construction works of at least 1 contract of similar nature, complexity and method/construction technology successfully completed within the last 5 years, contract value of at least Tk. 1,20,00,000.
Experience in similar contracts means experience in “Construction of building/ public toilet/ community latrine etc”.
The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk 3,70,00,000 over the last 5 years
