Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 500000 ~ 1500000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Contractor with ABC license.
2) The tenderer shall have general working experience of at least 2 years.
3) A satisfactory completion of similar works i.e. Construction or maintenance of transmission line or sub-station with voltage level 132kV or above, work order value of minimum BDT 4 (four) lac under maximum 1 (one) contracts over a period of last 3 (three) years.
4) The average annual construction turnover shall be greater than BDT 6 (six) lac in the last 3 (three) years
5) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be BDT 6 (six) lac.
6) The work shall have to be completed by 60 days.
