* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 150000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 450000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 150000 ~ 450000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. All the Tenderer must follow the PPR-2008 Rules & Regulation
b. Following documents are to be submitted/uploaded:-
(1) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (three) years.i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(2) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum Tk. 1,20,000 (one lakh Twenty thousands) under maximum 02 (two) contracts in the last 03 (three) of years. i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System;
(3) Certificate of bank solvency with the minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk1,40,000 (one lakh fourty thousands) issued after publication of IFT in the e-GP System [Form PG3-8];
(4) Bank Statement of last six month.
(5) Up-to-date Valid Trade License as supplier;
(6) Up-to-date Income Tax clearance certificate;
(7) e-BIN (13 digits) registration certificate;
(8) Certificate of Incorporation ( in case of Limited Company)
(9) All others terms and conditions as stated in TDS and PCC.
(10) Sample [200 gm Unnotamaner Cholar Dal] must be submitted to in 03 (Three) containers to the kushtia district jail as per technical specification on or before tender opening date and time.
