* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 233333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 700000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 233333333 ~ 700000000.
Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following Qualifications/capacities.
(i) Reputed Contractors/Construction firms who have minimum 10 (Ten) years of general experience in Construction works.
(ii) Having Experience in Successful completion of at least 01(One) Number of Similar ConstructionWorks ofTk- 2000.00 Lac in a single contract during last five years. The work Certificate for successful Completion of work shall have to be issued by officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of concerned department. In case of semi govt. or autonomous body, work certificate must be vetted by the Executive Engineer of PWD under whose jurisdiction the work has been completed.
(iii) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual Construction turnover during last 5(five) years Tk. 2500.00 Lac. Only payment certificate will be considered for turnover calculation.
(iv)Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.650.00Lac. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per form(PW3-7). Any deviation of this form will results the tenderer non-responsive.
(v) Tenderer must have up to date ABC category contractory and supervisory license issued by the Electrical Licensing Board of Bangladesh.
vi) Minimum Tender Capacity TK 2150.00 Lac.
vii) All papers shall have to be up to date according to TDS & PCC of this tender.
