Eligibility criteria:
1. (a) Tenderer must go through TDS, PCC accordingly. (b)The number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be at least 10 years. (c) Having Specific experience as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor in successful completion of at least 01(one) work of Civil and sanitary repair works of minimum Tk. 1.50 lakh (One lakh Fifty thousand taka) in a single contract in Government/Semi-Government /Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (five) years. (d) The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05(five) years of Tk 7.50 lakh (Seven lakh fifty thousand tk only taka). Payment certificates for contracts in progress or completed under public sector must be submitted along with tender in support of average annual construction turnover. (e) Minimum Liquid Asset of value Tk.2.50 lakh(Two lakh fifty thousand tk only) in the form of letter of commitment of Banks, undertaking for line of credit (In the Form PW2a line of credit form) in Original form, which must be unconditional.(f) Tender capacity of tenderer must be minimum 1.80 lakh (One lakh eighty thousand tk only). (g)The Tenderer must enclose with Tender: (i) Up-to-date Trade License ). (ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate (iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate (iv) Up-to-date PWD enlishment license.
