Brief Description of Package: Procurement of Tablet (Real time Monitoring and Knowledge Management-KM Tools) under SACP-RAINS Project.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years of general experience to supply related goods such as Tablet (Real time Monitoring and Knowledge Management-KM Tools), Computer with accessories & other similar goods).
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Tablet-Real time Monitoring and Knowledge Management-KM Tools, Computer with accessories & other similar goods) of minimum 32,00,000.00 (Thirty-Two lac) BDT under maximum single contracts in the last 03 years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System. The minimum specific experience as Supplier in supply of similar Goods (Tablet-Real time Monitoring and Knowledge Management-KM Tools, Computer with accessories & other similar goods) in any government/semi government/ autonomous body/organization under a single number of contract(s) successfully completed within the last 03 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 32,00,000.00 (Thirty-Two lac) only.
3. Minimum amount of liquid asset i.e. working capital or credit lines is taka 32,00,000.00 (Thirty-Two lac) only. Bidder need to submit Bank statement or line of credit certificate from any schedule Bank.
4. ISO Certificates with current validity in favor of manufacturers of goods are mandatory. For OEM, FCC Class B certificate is needed for quality assurance.
5. Terms & Conditions mentioned in the file Special terms & Conditions (uploaded in section-6) will be applied.
6. The tenderers must have all other eligibilities mentioned in the tender document (TDS).
