Eligibility criteria:
1. Valid & Updated Current Years supplier Trades License (2023-24)
2. Valid & Updated VAT Registration Certificate.
3. Tin Certificate
4. Valid & Updated Income Tax Certificate (2023-24)
5. Update Bank Solvency (After the IFT publication on e-GP Website).
6. Tenderer shall have a minimum of 02 (Two) years specific experience in the supply equipments . To this effect, tenderer must submit proper evidence(s) from the relevant authorities
7. Tenderer shall have minimum 05 (five) years general experience in supply goods and related service.
8.The minimum amount of Liquid assets of the tenderer shall be TK. 2,40,000 only .
9. Bidder Must Have Factory Trained Engineer In Bangladesh for service support. (Certification Required)
10. Tenderer shall have at least 02 (two) contracts within at least 01 (one) is Government are successful completion record of
contract for Supply installation and commissioning of a Interactive Whiteboard having a minimum BDT Tk. 2,10,000 each
over a period of last 10 (Ten) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
Completion certificate shall be submitted Details as per TDS.
11. Interactive Whiteboard item 03 years comprehensive warranty including Parts, Labour and Services with effect from operational acceptance . OEM should have legal a legal office in Bangladesh and there should be a toll-free number from OEM for after- sales service
12. Manufacturer/Distribution Authorization letter.
