Eligibility criteria:
(i) Current year trade license (ii) Up-to-date income tax clearing certificate (iii) Up-to-date VAT registration certificate (iv) Minimum 15 (Fifteen) years of experience in the supplying of Wooden Furniture in any government/semi-government/autonomous organization (vi) minimum 03 working experiences for Auditorium Decoration in govt./semi-govt./Autonomous organization.
Tenderer shall have the following documents:-
1. Own manufacturing plant with automated seasoning and MFC board plant.
2. Up-date ISO Certificate.
3. Environmental certificate for own manufacturing plant/factory.
4. Valid Factory license issued by Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishment.
5. Own sales point/show room (mention the name and address with contact details) distributor at the district/Divisional level (minimum 05 showrooms in Dhaka city).
6. Original catalogue mentioning Brand name and model number of all items.
7. 3D Picture of Auditorium Decoration.
