* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 3000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1000000 ~ 3000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1) Manufacturer/ Sole Distibutor authorization letter shall be submitted.
2) The Tenderer shall have a minimum 3 (Three) years of experience in the supply of simillar goods and related services.
3) The satisfactory completion of specific supply experience of minimum 09 (Nine) Lac under maximum 01 (One) contract in the last 3 (three) years.
4) The tenderer shall submit brochure and catalog of related items.
5) Tenderer shall submit sample brochure and catalog of related items to the PE office and upload approved brochure and catalog of related items into e-Gp before closing of tender.
6) Manufacturer or Product ISO Certificate shall be submitted.
7) Declaration on letterhead pad that tender will supply all spare parts for replacement guarantee of 12 (Twelve) months and all maintenance works for warranty of 12(Twelve) months effective from the final date of completion (any without payment).
8) Tenderer shall submit up to date Import License.
9) Up to date ABC Contractor's and Supervisor's License from Electrical Licensing Board shall be submitted.
