Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) A satisfactory completion of similar works (Website hosting, e-mail filtering, domain registration, SSL certification etc.) of at least Tk 7,50,000 (Seven Lac Fifty Thosand Taka) under 01 (one) contract over a period of last 05(Five) years in any Govt. Organization counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper shall be required.
b) The Tenderer shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, is solvent, and shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes..
c) Tenderer must have experience of similar works (Website hosting, e-mail filtering, domain registration, SSL certification etc.) for minimum of five (05) Years.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Taka 10,00,000/-(Ten Lac) only.
