Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 53333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 160000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 53333333 ~ 160000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The Minimum Supply and/or Production Capacity of Goods is/are Not Less then Tender in Last 7 (Seven) Years Counting Backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the eGP System.
b) The minimum specific experience as a supplier of Supply, Installation & Commissioning of the VRF/Split AC and related works of at least 2 (Two) separate contract(s) successfully completed within the last 3 years, each with a value of at least Tk. 450.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty) Lac under any Govt./Semi-Govt. /Autonomous body in BD.
i) In case of work done under PWD, the certifying and authenticating Authority shall be the Concern Executive Engineer (E.E)
ii) In case of work done under any Govt./Semi-Govt./Autonomous body in BD other than PWD the certifying authority shall be the Officer of the Org. (not below the rank of E.E) and the same should be duly authenticated by the concerned E.E of PWD of that area under whose jurisdiction the work has been executed.
c) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facilities shall be Tk 200.00(Two Hundred ) Lac to be submitted from any scheduled bank of BD in the Letter of Commitment for Bank’s undertaking for Line of Credit (PG3-8 from) only.
d) The minimum supply capacity for the bidder is at least 04 Job VRF/Split AC Work not less than 1500.00 (One thousand and five hundred) Lac in last 5 years. (Certificate of the minimum supply capacity shall be on the basis of Acceptance/ Completion Certificate is allowable only.)
e) Update valid Trade License, Income Tax clearance certificate, ABC Electrical Contractor & Supervisory License and VAT Certificate (BIN), IRC (Import Registration Certificate)
f) Manufacturer’s Authorization Letter is required for AC.
g) All other required qualifications, special terms & conditions are shown in the ITT, GCC & TDS & Tender Document.
