Brief Description of Package: Measuring & Testing Equipment purchase for 05 No. Sub-station under GMD, Khulna(North), PGCB.
a) Two No's 10 kV Insulation Resistance Tester (50V to 10kV, up to 20T-ohm) according to attached GTP.
b) Two No's Earth Resistance Tester (4-pole, 0.02 to 200 k-Ohm) as per attached GTP.
c) One no. Low Curren Clamp on Meter (1mA to 100A AC/DC, Clamp size opening 44mm Max.) as per attached GTP.

Tender Security: 60000 BDT
Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 2000000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 6000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 2000000 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
1. The Tenderer must have to submit up to date Trade License, Income Tax Clearance Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate.
2. The Tenderer must have to submit Bank Solvency Certificate.
3. The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years experience about Supply Measuring and Testing equipment.
4. The Tenderer should submit end user satisfactory certificate (after warranty period).
5. If the Tenderer are not manufacturer, Authorization from the original manufacturer should be submitted along with the Tender.
6. The tenderer must have supply Measuring and Testing equipment as per attach GTP.
