Eligibility criteria:
"Any Bangladeshi tenderer, who registered in the e-GP system & has the following Minimum qualification criteria:
1. The tenderer shall have a minimum of 03 (Three) years of general experience In the supply of goods and related services.
2. The satisfactory completion of supply of similar goods of minimum TK. 80000 (Eighty thousand Taka.) under single or two contracts in the last 03 (Three) years. Years count backward from the date of Publication of IFT in the e-GP system. Supply of similar goods means Supply of Other Stationary (Code: 3255105)-2.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 80000 (Eighty thousand Taka.). The supporting bank document(s) cannot be issued more than 15 days before the date of submission..
4. Having up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, TIN Certificate, up-to-date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with BIN number.
5. Equivalent specification/quality of goods not acceptable.
6. Others eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other parts of the Tender Document. 
7. Brand, Model and Country of manufacture must be mentioned by the bidder.
8. NOA/Work order not acceptable as an Experience Certificate."
