8.     Owner Affidavit (Holofnama) issued by 1st Class Magistrate/Judicial Magistrate on a non-judicial stamp value Tk.300.00.
9.     Tenderer shall be Notarized by notary public on a non-judicial stamp value Tk.300.00 that, the tenderer not be insolvent, be in receivership, be bankrupt, be in the process of bankruptcy, be not temporarily barred from undertaking business and it shall not be the subject of legal proceedings for any of the foregoing.
10.     The required reports on the financial standing, such as profit and loss statements and audited balance sheet shall be for the last 3 (three) years.
11.   The Tenderer will be supplied a sample of each item to the PE office before submission of tender. Received copies of sample supplied must be submitted through the e-GP system.
