Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 400000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 133333333 ~ 400000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open to all eligible Tenderers as mentioned below:
a) Reputed Contractors /Construction Firms who have minimum 05 (Five) years of general experience in Construction works.
b) Having experience in successful completion of work at least 1 (one) no. of construction work including Civil, Sanitary & Electrical works not less than amounting to Tk.900.00 (Nine Hundred) lakh only in a single tender in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years.
c) The Tenderer shall have a minimum average annual construction turnover during last 05 (Five) years amounting of Tk. 1000.00 (One thousand) lakh only.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) of the Tenderer shall be Tk 250.00 (Two hundred and Fifty) lakh only submitted in from PW3-7.
e) Updated Trade license, income Tax clearance and VAT Registration certificate.
f) Updated ABC category contractory & supervisory license issued form Electrical Licensing Board, Government of Bangladesh.
g) All other conditions as mentioned in (Section-2 & Section-4) of tender documents must be fulfilled.
h) All other terms and conditions as per e-gp Tender document.
i) The minimum Tender Capacity of the Tenderer will be Tk 1000.00 lakh (one thousand lakh). Tenderers must be followed the TDS,GCC and PCC clause.
