* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 11000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3666666 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
Tenderer shall have a minimum of 05 (Five) years of overall experience in the supply of goods and related services.
Tenderers from the diplomatically non-recognized country by the People's Republic of Bangladesh are not eligible.
Manufacturer authorization Letter is required.
Tenderer should have valid Trade license, VAT certificate, TIN certificate etc.
The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum BDT 32,00,000/- (Thirty Two Lac) only under a single contract in the last 05 (Five) of years. i.e., years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e., working capital or credit line(s), net of other contractual commitments is BDT 32,00,000/- (Thirty Two Lac) only.
Special Instruction:
Cost for Related Services such as transportation, installation and service during warranty period (or as mentioned in e-PG3-4), etc. are to be inclusive with the quoted rate mentioned in Price and Delivery Schedule for Goods (Form e-PG3-3A). Hence, quotation for related services must not be required separately. However, only for system requirement, you are requested to quote in Form e-PG3-3B unit price, for example 0.001. Once it is quoted, which will not be considered in total quoted amount.
