Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 133333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 400000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 133333 ~ 400000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tenders is open to all eligible Tenderers
a) Reputed Firm/organization/authorized agent who have min. 03 years of general experience in soil investigation works
b) Having experience in successful completion of at least 1 no. of soil investigation work of amounting to Tk.1.00 lac only in a single contract in last 5 years.
c) The Tenderer must process:
i) Up to date valid Trade license, up to date income tax clearance certificate from NBR & Valid VAT registration certificate from NBR
d) The Tenderer shall have a minimum annual average construction turn over in the last 5 (five) years of Tk.1.00 lac only. Necessary supporting documents (Detailed payment certificate) should be issued by not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concern department and shall be submitted with the tender.
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.1.5 lac only .
f) Tender capacity Tk.1.00 lac only.
g) All other terms and conditions are shown in the TDS of the Tender Documents.
