Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 600000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1800000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 600000 ~ 1800000.

Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the construction/maintenance of Line works as Prime Contractor shall be 01 (One) years prior to the tender submission deadline.
b) Tenderer must have up to date income tax clearance, VAT Certificate, Trade license, and Bank Solvency Certificate.
c) Average annual volume of construction/maintenance turn over shall be minimum BDT 6,46,000/- over the last 5 (Five) years.
d) Liquid assets/availability of funds and/or credit facilities from bidder's banker(s) at least BDT 5,38,000/-.
e) Tenderer shall under no circumstances assign the works or any part of it to the sub-contractor(s).
f) Total amount of quoted value must be between +10% to -10% of estimated cost. Otherwise the tender document will consider as rejected.
g) Tenderer must have eligibility and conformity of Materials, Equipment’s, Manpower and Services, National ID (NID), Authorization letter.
h) For more than one contract signing liquid money must be the sum of liquidity of those individual tenders.
i) This Tender will be performed according to PPA-2006 & PPR-2008.
j) The Procuring entity reserved the right to accept or reject any or all tender(s) without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
