The Quoted Rate must be similar/relevant to the EED Schedule of Rates 2023. If Quoted Rate are Excessive Above/Less than the Estimated Cost, Then the tenderer must submit detail Analysis of his Quoted Rate according to the Analysis of EED Schedule of Rates 2023. Otherwise the tenderer will be Non- responsive according to the PPR 2008 Rule 98(23).
In a single notice, maximum two work will be eligible for a tenderer as per terms and conditions of TDS
Must submit Written confirmation authorizing the signatory (Authorization Letter) of the Tenderer at his/her own firm's pad mentioning tender ID, work's name.
According to Letter Memo No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377; Dated : 30/08/2018 & Memo No : 03.073.046.21.00.001.2018-259; Dated: 03.10.2019 from Office of The Prime Minister and CPTU Letter Memo No : 21.00.0000.364.22.020.19-202; Date : 10.10.2019.; the contractor who has not yet completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
Any false, forged and miss leading documents furnished by the Tenderer shall result in rejection of the tender & Treated as fraudulent practice & will be debarred by this PE
