* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1833333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 5500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 5000001 ~ 5500000.
Eligibility criteria:
a. Tenderer must be competent in terms of legal, financial and technical qualifications as mentioned details in the Tender Data Sheet (TDS).
b. The Tenderer must enclose with Tender :
(i) Valid Trade License (Supplier)
(ii) Up-to-date Income Tax Certificate
(iii) Valid VAT Registration Certificate
(iv) Copy of NID card
c. The Tender security must be enclosed in the form of Pay Order or Bank Draft duly pledged in favor of the Project Director, Further Development of Patuakhali Science and Technology University(2nd Phase) project, PSTU, Dumki, Patuakhali from any scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
d. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk.18.50 Lakh.
e. For submission of any false/fake certificate, he/his firm may be penalized according to PPA & PPR 127(1,2,3).
g. If the Tenderer does not Manufacture or Produce the goods it offer to supply, must submit Manufacture's Authorization Letter (Form e-PG3-5)
