Eligibility criteria:
a) The Tenderer shall have minimum 03(Three) years overall experience in Business.
b) The satisfactory completion of supply of Online UPS or Electrical Spare Parts of minimum BDT 8 Lac in the last 02(Two) years i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP system.
c) The Tenderer will have to submit up to date (a) Updated Trade License (2023-2024), (b) Updated TIN Certificate (2023-2024), (c) Updated Valid Trade License (2023-2024), (d) VAT Registration Certificate.
d) The Tenderer will submit copy of Test Certificate by International Laboratory on electrical equipment.
e) The Tenderer will have to submit Certificate of Liquid Asset /Working Capital/Credit Facility indicating the minimum amount of BDT 12 Lac only within selling Tender Document and dropping date.
f) The Tenderer will have to submit Actual Manufacturer Authorization Letter (if any/as per Specification).
g) Online UPS Origin: Online UPS to be UK/USA/JAPAN/ITALY/GERMANY/EUROPEAN UNION.
