* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 70000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 23333333 ~ 70000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods and related services as Supplier shall be 03 (Three) calendar years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice.
b) The minimum specific experience as manufacturers in production and supply / Suppliers in Supply of any of the offered type Insulator to any govt. utility shall be of minimum 2 (two) contract(s) successfully completed within the last 05 (five) calendar years, years counting backward from the date of publication of tender notice. The summation of contract values of such 2 (Two) successfully completed contracts shall be at least BDT 3.00 (Three Point Zero) Crore. The Experience must be supported by Performance Certificate of those satisfactory completed supply from the respective Government utility of Bangladesh.
c) The minimum Supply and/or production capacity of goods is/ are: At least 1/3 of the tendered quantity per month.
