(i) The contractor Should have min. 05 (Five) years general experience in civil construction sector (ii) A satisfactory completion of similar construction work (i.e., civil construction works) of at least Tk. 140.00 (One Hundred Forty) Lakhs under single contract over a period of last 05 (Five) years (iii) Average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 315.00 (Three Hundred Fifteen) Lakh over the last 05 (Five) years (iv) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be Tk. 90.00 (Ninety) Lakh (v) The minimum tender capacity shall be Tk. 200.00 (Two Hundred) Lakh & (vi) Other documents as stated in TDS.
