Eligibility criteria:
1. The minimum number of years of General experience of the Tenderer in the Electrical works as Prime Contractor or Subcontractor or Management Contractor shall be Five (05) years.
1. Specific experience of successful completion in Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sub-Station minimum value Tk. Fifty (50.00) Lac in single agreement in any govt./semi-govt./autonomous/private organization within last five (5) years (from the date of IFT) for single Sub-Station [for Tenders where the package contains more than one (1) Sub-Station, this amount will be multiplied by the number of Sub-Station mentioned in the designated package]
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e working capital or credit lines(s) of the Tenderers shall be Tk. Seventy Two (72.00) Lac.
4. The minimum Tender Capacity shall beTk. Fifty Five (55.00) Lac.
5. The required average annual turnover Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Sub-Station shall be greater than Tk. Sixty Five (65.00) Lac per years over the last Five (05) years should be authenticated by the concerned. D.C Taxes / NBR Authority or Payment certificate(s) issued by the concern Procuring Entity, other formats are not acceptable. [years counting backward from the date of publication of Tender]
6. According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
7. The Provisions laid down in the "PPA – 2006 & PPR – 2008 including latest all amendment" and STD will be followed.
8. Satisfying other criteria laid down in TDS.
