Eligibility criteria:
Enlisted Contractors of Govt., Semi-Govt. and Autonomous Govt. Agencies have a minimum of 3 (Three) years of general experience in construction /Dredging works.
The minimum specific experience as a prime Contractor or Subcontractor Management Contractor of Removal / Excavation works of at least 1 (one) contract completed within the last 5 (five) years with a value of at least Tk.1.80 crore.
The minimum average annual construction turnover in the last 5 (Five) years preceding the tender submission date is not less than, Tk.4.00 Crore.

The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be not less than Tk. 1.00 crore.
b) The Tenderer(s) should have its own minimum 2 (Two) nos long boom Excavator with a floating barge in good condition along with other accessories.
c) In case of a joint venture all the partners should have their own minimum of One no. of long boom Excavator with floating barge.
d) Other terms & conditions as per the tender document.
