Eligibility criteria:

c) Up-to - date Income tax Clearance Certificate.
d) The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk 900000.00 (Nine Lac)
e) Having expirience in Successful completion of at least One (01) No similar nature work (Building work) amounting Tk. 800000.00 (Eight Lac) within the last Five (05) years, years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.
f) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 600000.00 (Six Lac) over the last Five (05) years.
g) Work done bill will be paid in accordence with fund availablity.
h) Other criteria are stated in TDS & PCC.
i) This is to inform that the estimated cost is prepared by following rate schedule PWD 2018 .
