Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following additional documents:
1. A minimum of 03 (three) years General Experience Certificate in the supply of similar Goods in any government District Hospital or above.
2. The minimum Specific Experience Certificate in favour of satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods means of MSR(Medicine) supply of minimum Tk. 1,00,00,000/-(One Crore), MSR(Surgical Items) supply of Tk.80,00,000/-(Eighty Lac), MSR(Gauge-Bandage-Cotton) supply of Tk. 13,00,000/-(Thirteen Lac), MSR(Linen Items) supply of Tk.40,00,000/-(Forty Lac), MSR(Camical Re-agent) supply of Tk.20,00,000/-(Twenty Lac) and MSR(Furmiture) supply of Tk.15,00,000/-(Fifteen Lac) in any government District Hospital or above at least 03 (Three) contracts in the last 03 (Three) years.
