The required average annual construction turn over shall be greater than Tk. 30 (Thirty) Lakh over best three (3) years in the last five (5) years.
The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or unconditional credit line of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 18 (Eighteen) Lakh.
The minimum capacity shall be Tk 25 (Twenty Five) Lakh.
