Brief Description of Package: RCC base, short column, grade beam, coping, brick wall, barbed wire to be dismentaled and removed elsewhere under the old boundary wall about 655 feet lenght on western side at National Tubes Limited. Next, the soil cut for the base, RCC base, short column. Also grade beam, columns are to be cast on grade beams about the 13 feet 7 inches above the earth ground level by casting grade beam-1, grade beam-2 and after 11 feet brick wall masonry, coping should be casted. Barbed wire to be placed over the coping.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.
Eligibility criteria:
(1) Experience: A satisfactory completion of similar works in Govt./Semi Govt./Autonomous organization of at least Tk 80 (Eighty) Lacs under 01(One) contract(s) throughout 05(Five) years shall be required. Evidence regarding the successful completion of the works in the form of a Work Completion Certificate must be submitted and signed by the appropriate authority.
(2) Up-to-date valid Trade License, VAT, and TIN Certificate.
(3) Annual Turnover: The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 55 (Fifty-Five) Lacs in any of the last 5 (five) years at least. Turnover submitted must be authenticated by the concerned Deputy Commissioner of Taxes.
(4) Liquid Asset: The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be at least Taka Forty-Five (45) Lacs. The liquid asset requirement for the contract may be in the form of an approved/committed Credit facility by a scheduled bank in Bangladesh.
(5) Personnel: Qualified & experienced Civil engineers;
(6) Equipment: Must own or have access to equipment necessary for Boundary Wall Construction/Multi-story building construction, metal formworks & props, etc. Other required eligibility & conditions of the tenderers as stipulated in the Tender Document
(7) Also follow the ITT and TDS.
