Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 136666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 410000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 136666666 ~ 410000000.
Eligibility criteria:
This invitation for Tender is open for all eligible Tenders as mentioned below:
(a) The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in Construction Works as Prime Contractor shall be 5 years.
(b) A satisfactory completion of similar works as a Prime Contractor of at least 1 (one) RCC Building Construction under single contract must be completed within the last 5(Five) years of a value of at least Tk. 850.00 (Eight hundred fifty) Lac in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh.
(c) The required average annual construction turnover shall be greater than Tk. 1200.00 (One thousand and two hundred ) Lac over the last 5(Five) years in any Government/Semi-Government/ Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh. Years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT. A summary sheet of last five years Turnover to be submitted with all supporting documents. For Turnover calculation, Financial Year wise payment Certificate from Concern PE is required.
(d) The minimum amount of free fund (liquid assets) i.e working capitals or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 300.00 (Three hundred) Lac. Document of Liquid Assets to be submitted along with the tender must be issued in between publication date and submission date of the tender. Certificate of unconditional Liquid Asset must be submitted in prescribed form i.e: in PW3-7 form published by CPTU, otherwise the tender will be summarily rejected. Format is attached with invitation in Document Section (General Specification).
(e) The Tenderer must have up-to-date Trade License, VAT Registration Certificate, up-to-date Income Tax Clearance Certificate.
(f) Tenderer Must have upto date ABC Catagory Contractor and Supervisory license issued from Electric Licensing Board.
(f) Minimum Tender Capacity shall be Tk.1100.00 (One thousand one hundred ) Lac. The Tenderer must submit Tender Capacity Calculation sheet
