6. Annual turnover is at least Tk 1,40,00,000.00 (one crore forty lakh) only for the last 3 (three) years.
7. The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) is Tk. 70,00,000.00 (seventy lac) only
8. The tenderer should have own BSCIC listed engineering workshop which would manufacture the proposed air cooler.. BSCIC enlistment certificate has to be submitted along with the tender. The manufacturing process would be visited.
