Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 1500000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4500000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1500000 ~ 4500000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. All the tenderers must be registered with the e-GP portal through CPTU.
2. The tenderer should meet all of the criteria outlined in the TDS.
3. The tenderer should submit their credit line facility/liquid assets certificate according to the specified format (Form PG2-5). Without a credit line facility or liquid assets certificate according to the specified format, the tenderer may be declared non-responsive.
4. Payments for executed work or supplied goods will be made upon the availability of funds and after performing the necessary tests to ensure compliance with BWDB technical specifications. Any claim for the late payments will not be entertained. The quality and quantity of work or goods may be checked by the BWDB Task Force Committee.
5. The contractor shall keep records of still and video pictures of the works before and after the completion of the works, at his own expense, maintaining the same angle of pictures.
6. After completion of the tender opening process, if the authority is unable to download important documents from the tender that are considered for tender evaluation, the tenderer may be treated as non-responsive.
7. Failing to comply with any other requirements circulated by CPTU and CPC, the tenderer shall be declared non-responsive.
