Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 3333333.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 10000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 3333333 ~ 5000000.

Eligibility criteria:
1. Only e-GP registered tenderers/Firms can participate in the Tender.
2. Tenderer should fulfill all criteria which are stated in TDS.
3. Tenderers should submit their credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to the attached format (From PW2a-3, in section-7). Without a credit line facility/Liquid assets certificate according to the attached format, the tender declares a non-responsive.
4. Payment will be made upon the availability of funds. For this, no claim will entertain.
5. Quoted amount of tender beyond 10% above/less than the official estimated cost will be non-responsive.
6. After completion of the tender opening process. If disabled to download the important documents of the tender. Which considers tender evaluation. In order for the tender may be treated as non-responsive.
7. The Tenderers will visit and examine the site with his own responsibility & expenses and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a Contract for the performance of the works.
8. Latest GoB circular on procurement of works will be applicable.
9. Evaluation will be done on the basis of the past performance Evaluation matrix. So, authenticated information along with documents will have to be incorporated with the tender. Planned & Actual start/commencement & completion dates will have to clearly mentioned in the work certificate.
10. Arrangement of land for the working area or site office (if any) needs to be made by the tenderer and no claim in this regard will be entertained. Also, the work will be completed by the tenderer of his own management of the site.
