2. Updated VAT Registration Certificate.
3. TIN and NID Document.
4. Power of Attorney (if any)
5. Annual Turnover of Taka 35.0 Lakh over a last Five years
6. The Tenderer must have to submit Bank Solvency Certificate of Taka 35.0 Lakh
7. The Tenderer shall have minimum 02(Two) years experience about Supply and Installation of 110 V DC Battery & Charger System.
8. The Tenderer should submit end user satisfactory certificate (after warranty period) regarding the performance
of Grid or Industrial 110V Battery supply.
09. If the Tenderer are not manufacturer, Authorization from the original manufacturer should be submitted along
with the Tender.
10. The tenderer must submite Technical Specification of supplyed Battery and charger with attached document.
11.The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods of minimum 40.0 Lakh under maximum 01 contract in the last 05 of years.
