2. The minimum supply value of similar goods and related services (solar energy) under a single contract in the last 3(three) years to any Govt./ Semi- Govt./ Autonomous body / Banking Sector should be minimum for Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac.
3. The minimum amount of liquid assets or working capital or credit facilities of the Tenderer shall be Tk. 35.00 (Thirty Five) Lac. (within 3 months)
4. Should have the following documents: VAT Registration Certificate, Updated Income Tax Certificate, Valid Trade License, Bank Solvency Certificate, Experience Certificate, and all other qualifications that will be applicable as specified in TDS.
