* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 4000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 1333333 ~ 4000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) The minimum specific experience of Similar nature of goods (Furniture) Tk. 9.40 lakh(Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh) in a Single work/supply order in the last 05 (Five) years form the date of publication of IFT. (Completion certificate must be submitted)
b) The minimum amount of Liquid Assets (Form PG2-5) i.e working capital or credit facilities of the tenderer shall be BDT. 8.50 Lakh only. the tenderer shall instruct to the concerned bank authority to supply latest balance & statement as required by the Procuring Entity (PE) even at the period of evaluation.
c) Contractors who are submit bids at abnormally higher/lower than the official estimated cost will not be acceptable without satisfactory explanation and rate analysis.
d) According to Letter No-03.074.039.16.00.004.2018-377 dt : 30/08/2018 from Office of The Prime Minister; The contractor who has not completed his/her work/works within schedule stipulated time by ensuring the quality without any acceptable reason, will not to be considered as a qualified tenderer for this tender notice.
e) Other Criteria are Stated in TDS & PCC.
