Brief Description of Package: Construction of 03 nos. Build & Operate (BO model) specific large piped water supply schemes, namely; a. Bengaduba Large Piped Water Supply Scheme, Noapara, Madhabpur, b. Bagahata Large Piped Water Supply Scheme, Kagapasha, Baniachong, and c. North & South Ranigaon Large Piped Water Supply Scheme, Ranigaon, Chunarughat, which consist of the following major components:
Installation of 1 no. test tube well (38 mm dia) for each scheme;
Installation of 2 nos. production tube wells (250 x 150 mm dia) with submersible pumps for each scheme;
Construction of 6.68 km pipeline for Madhabpur, 4.24 km pipeline for Baniachong, and 8.18 km for Chunarughat pipeline of different diameter respectively with HDPE pipeline of 50 mm to 160 mm diameter;
Installation of 350 nos. house connections with domestic water meter for each scheme;
Construction of 1 no. RCC Overhead Water Tank (100 m3 capacity) including pump house and office room for each scheme;
Construction of 1 no. Arsenic & Iron removal plant (25 m3/hr capacity) for each scheme;
Operation and Maintenance of the schemes for initial 6 (six) months.

Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 4000, estimated cost should be more than 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 106666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 320000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 106666666 ~ 320000000.

The tenderer must follow the following instruction before submitting the tender.
1.The certificates submitted by the tenderer in proof of Specific Experience / AACT must be as per the standard format and must contain the information like (particulars of PE in/c e-mail & contact no, business shares in case of JV, time extension, liquidity damage, contract & final bill amount etc.). Tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
2. Must have specific experience in construction works of Piped Water Supply Scheme (Water Source, RCC Overhead Water Tank-OHT, Water Treatment Plant with Operation & Maintenance, and Pipeline network)] successfully completed within the last [5 (five) years]
3.Tenderer must be Upload Tender Capacity paper (for proof of Tender Capacity). Tenderer failing to submit that will be considered as “Non-responsive” during evaluation.
4.If a tenderer wants to qualify more than one package, each package shall be qualified separately for Liquid asset & Tender Capacity.
5. If tenderer submits any fake certificate, action will be taken to debarment of the organization.
Note: The awarded BO Firm/Contractor will be fully responsible for ensuring sustainable Operation & Maintenance (O&M) for initial 05 (five) years after completion of physical works with successful commissioning & trial run of the scheme. For this purpose, a quadripartite agreement has to be furnished along with the submission of a security bond amounting to 05% of the contract value of the scheme in the form of a pay order/bank guarantee in favor of the relevant executive engineer before submission of the final bill. The security bond will be released after successful operation & maintenance (O&M) of the initial 0f 05 (five) years.
