* Since document price is Tk. 2000, estimated cost should be more than 50 lacs BDT, but less than or equal 2 crore BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 7666666.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 23000000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 7666666 ~ 20000000.
Eligibility criteria:
a) Latest Trade License and Income Tax Certicate and VAT Cartificate
b) Tenderer shall have a minimum of 07 years experience in supplying computer and related goods and accessories.
c) The satisfactory completion of supply of similar Goods (Completion Certficate) of minimum BDT. 40 lac under maximum 01 contract in the last year as well as minimum BDT.60 lac under maximum 02 different contracts in the last 3 years . i.e. years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the e-GP System.
d) Tenderer must have supplying goods/related goods with completion certificate each year in last five years. ( Minimum one completed supply every year) .
e) The minimum amount of liquid assets i.e. working capital or credit line(s) commitments is Tk.70 lac.
