Official Cost Estimate (Prediction):
* Since document price is Tk. 1000, estimated cost should be less than or equal 50 lacs BDT.
* Tender Security can be maximum 3% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost is more than Tk. 400000.
* Tender Security is normally more than 1% of Official Cost Estimate. So estimated cost should be less than 1200000 BDT.
Thus, Official Cost Estimate should be BDT. 400000 ~ 1200000.

Eligibility criteria:
All Tenderers of Govt./Semi Govt/Autonomous/Corporate body are Eligible having following qualifications/capacities.
i) Reputed contractors /construction firms who have minimum 10(ten) years of general experience of Digital Topographic Survey & Sub-Soil Investigation works from the date of publication IFT in Newspaper.
ii)Having Experience in successfully Completion of at least 1(one) number of Digital Topographic Survey not less than BDT 05.00 Lakh in a Single Contract in any Government/ SemiGovernment/Autonomous Organization of Bangladesh during the last 05 (Eight) years in standard work completion format attached in STD.
iii)The tenderers shall have a minimum average annual turn over during last 5(five) years Tk.10.00 Lac Supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender.
iv) Having minimum liquid asset amounting Tk.5.00 Lac, supporting documents is to be submitted with the tender. Credit Commitment issued by any schedule bank should be fully unconditional as per (Form PW2a-3) attached with the tender document. Any deviation of this form will results the tender non-responsive.
v)All papers shall have to be Up-to-date according to TDS & IFT of this tender notice & documents.
vi)All other terms and Conditions as stated in the PPR/2008 will remain valid and all supporting papers.
vii) The tender security shall in the form of a Bank draft or Pay order issued by a scheduled Bank of Bangladesh.
viii) Tenderer must have enclose site visit report, which issued by concern Executive Engineer, before the submission of tender.
